Karz Tirange Da….क़र्ज़ तिरंगे दा

डोगरी पाषा ते देशभक्ति दा इक अनोखा समागम “कर्ज़ तिरंगे दा” १२ अगस्त गी सारे जम्मुवासियें दे सामने डुग्गर प्रदेश युवा संगठन द्वारा प्रस्तुत किता गया हा| इस प्रोग्राम च डोगरी कलाकार,लेखक ते डोगरी दे जन्करें हिस्सा लेयिये चार चार चार चन्न लाये|
It’s DPYS, a social organization incorporated with the mission to promote Dogra language, literature, culture and history along with other social activities, which took the honor to organize an event “Karz Tirange Da” to color Dogra land with patriotism and commemorate the freedom-fighters and their struggle for independence.

This is not the first event of it’s kind organized by DPYS. They have organized events like “Naman-Salute to Our Heroes” to pay homage to the martyrs who have laid down their lives to defend the state lately. Started from social networking sites Orkut and Facebook, with the help of volunteers who want to do something for their motherland and revive the sense of pride for the Dogra culture, today it’s an NGO registered with the name “Duggar Pradesh Yuva Sansthan Trust”.

डा.जीतेन्द्र उधमपुरी एक एहा नां जेने उधमपुर दा ही नि पूरे जम्मू सूबे दा ना पूरे देश च मशूर किता है। इन्दा जनम उधमपुर शैह्र च होया और केश मजबूरियें दी वजह कन्ने इन्हें गी बाद इच जम्मू शिफ्ट ओना पेया।
इन्दा नां डा.जीतेन्द्र गुप्ता हा पर उधमपुर शैह्र दे प्यार ने इन्हें गी अपना नां बदलने ऊपर मजबूर करी दिता। इन्दी माँ दा सुखना हा की एह डाक्टर या इंजीनियर बनने दी वजाए अपनी पढाई साहित्य च करन पर इन्दी माँ अपना सुखना पूरा होंदा नी दिखी पाईयां और इन्दा इंतकाल बड़ी तौले ही ओई गया जेस वेल्ले डा.जीतेन्द्र उधमपुरी दी उम्र सिर्फ १५ साल ही। बड़ी मुसीबतां ते मुश्किलां चुकिये इन्हें हिंदी,उर्दू ते अंग्रेजी पाशाएं च ग्रेजुएशन पूरी किती ते फी अपना पी.जी. कौर्स वि इन्ही त्रे पाशा ते Mass Communication च पूरा किता। इन्हां ही नि ऐदे बाद इन्हांने Ph.D. डोगरी ड्रामा च पूरी किती। पर इन्हीं आर्थक लचारी दे वाद वी इन्हें अपनी हिम्मत नि शोड़ी और अपनी पढाई चालू रखी ते कन्ने कन्ने निक्का मुट्टा काम वि करदे गये और आज एक एहा मक़ाम हासिल किता है जी सी दिखी ते सुनिए ही हर डोगरा गर्व महसूस करन लगदा है ।
इन्हें गी ४०-५० साल ओई गये हैं साहित्य च कम करदे होए। इन्हें गी १९८१ च साहित्य अकादमी अनाम थोया हिंदी साहित्य च दिते गये इनदे योगदान दे लेई। इन्हां ही नि इन्हें गी आज तक जम्मू कश्मीर अकादमी आफ आर्ट एंड कल्चर दी तरफां तू चार अनाम, राष्ट्रीय हिंदी सेवा सहस्रवादी अनाम,राष्ट्र कवि पंडित सोहन लाल अनाम, सुभद्रा कुमारी चौहान जन्म शताब्दी अनाम, राष्ट्र कवि पंडित सोहन लाल अनाम कुल मलाइये १५० दे करीब अनाम थोये दे हन।
सबतू वडा अनाम इन्हें गी केश दिन पहले ही राष्ट्रपति प्रतिभा पाटिल दी तरफां पद्मश्री द्वारा दिता गया। एस अवार्ड दी के एहमियत है ओ हर भारतीय जान्दा है,मेरे ख्याल कन्ने उसी इथे बतान दी कोई लोड़ नि होनी चाईदी।
डा. जीतेन्द्र उधमपुरी द्वारा लिखी गयियाँ केश नामी कताबां दे ना एस प्रकार हन:-

डा.जीतेन्द्र उधमपुरी ने अगे आने आली पीड़ी दे लेई एक वखरी ही मसाल कायम किती है और उन सारे लोककें गी चुप कराया है जो डोगरी पाशा गी एक गरायीं पाशा मन्दे हन ।

आजकल भारत में एक बहस छिड़ी हुई है कि महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षण होना चाहिए या नहीं,कुछ लोग इसके पक्ष मैं बोल रहे हैं और कुछ इसके विरुद्ध भी हैं। ऐसा लग भी रहा है कि महिला आरक्षण कानून पारित होने में अब ज़्यादा समय नहीं लगेगा। जवाहरलाल नेहरू ने एक बार कहा था कि सिर्फ कानून बनाने से कुछ नहीं हो सकता, स्त्री अथवा पुरूष तब तक 
आज़ाद नहीं हो सकते जब तक वह एक दूसरे के आर्थिक प्रधानता के तले दबे हुए हैं। भारत में आरक्षण देना एक प्रकार से गन्दी राजनीती का हिस्सा बन गया है और इस गंदगी से ज़्यादातर नेता अपना फायदा उठाना चाहते हैं और हम आम लोग भी कोई कसर नही छोड़ते अपने आपको जाती,धर्म आदि के नाम पर तोलने के सिवाय। हमारी सरकार हर समय भारत की मजबूत अर्थव्यवस्था का हवाल देते हुए अपने उत्तरदायित्व से बचती है पर सच्चाई इसके पूरे विपरीत ही है, गरीब ज़्यादा गरीब हो रहा है और अमीर ज़्यादा अमीर। देश मैं आज लाखों टन अनाज सड़ रहा है और मेहेंगाई दिन प्रतिदिन बदती ही जा रही है रही है और पूछने वाला कोई नही है। भ्रष्टाचार इस समय भारत को धीरे धीरे निगलता जा रहा है और हम इसे कम करने की बजाय व्यवस्था को इसका दोषी मानते हुए,अपने दायित्व से भाग रहे हैं। ऐसी गन्दी प्रणाली की वजह कोई और नहीं हम ही हैं।
यह तो हो गयी भारत की बात और अब हम बात करते हैं इसके एक राज्य जम्मू कश्मीर की बात। इस राज्य का इतिहास,संस्कृति,सुन्दरता अपने आप में अलग ही मिसाल रखते हैं,एक ऐसा राज्य यहाँ पर फिरंगी भी कब्ज़ा नहीं कर पाए। पर अब इस राज्य की ऐसी दुर्दशा हो चुकी है कि इसको शब्दों मैं बयाँ भी नही किया जा सकता। एक तरफ से पाकिस्तान दीमक कि तरह इसे खाए जा रहा है तो दूसरी तरफ से चीन गुपचुप तरीके से कब्ज़ा किये जा रहा है। और भारत को इससे कोई फिकर नही हैं क्यूंकि हमारे भारत मैं तब तक कुछ नहीं होता जब तक पानी सर के उपर से निकल ना जाये।
अब थोड़ी सी बात यहाँ पर होने वाली राजनीती की भी बात करते हैं,कांग्रेस जो की केंद्र मैं रहते हुए नारी सशक्तिकरण का नारा देती है वहीँ दूसरी तरफ राज्य में पीडीपी और नेकां से हाथ मिला कर एक ऐसा घिनोना विधेयक पारित करती है
जिसे कोई सपने में भी नही सोच सकता की क्या वाकई हम इक्कीसवीं सदी में जी रहे हैं। धर्माधारित क्षेत्रिय भेदभाव तो इस राज्य की नीयति बन चुका है मगर अब लिंगाधारित नागरिक भेदभाव भी मुंह उठा के खड़ा हो चूका है। इस विधेयक के खिलाफ कुछ आवाजें उठने भी लगी हैं,पर वो एक विशेष समुदाय तक ही सिमित रही हैं,फेसबुक पर इस विधेयक के खिलाफ काफी ज़ोर शोर से आवाज़ उठाई जा रही है पर वो इसे एक विहेश समुदाय तक ही सिमित रखे हुए हैं। क्या डोगरा,गोजरी,लदाखी आदि को अपने आतम सम्मान की कोई चिंता नहीं है? क्या हम लोग, खासकर मैं यहाँ डोगरों को ललकारना चाहूँगा क्यूंकि वो इस राज्य का दूसरा सबसे बड़ा समुदाय है जो इस विधेयक के खिलाफ कुछ भी नही बोल रहा। और यह कितने ही शर्म की बात है आजकल हम लोग पैसे को ज्यादा इज्ज़त देने लग गये हैं चाहे हमारा आतम सम्मान ही क्यूँ ना दाव पर लग जाये। क्या आज पैसा इतनी महतवपूर्ण ज़रिया बन गया है कि इसके अलावा हमने कुछ देखना ही बंद कर दिया है?
कल यही सवाल मैंने किसी से पूछा था की तुम्हारे लिए क्या ज़्यादा महत्व रखता है और उसका जवाब उल्टा मेरी ही तरफ था की, “अभी तुम्हें घर वाले खिला रहे हैं इसलिए तुम्हें पैसे की इज्ज़त नहीं पता”।
जो भी कुछ लोग इसे पड़ रहे हैं मेरा उनसे सिर्फ एक ही प्रशन है कि क्या आज की दुनिया में आतम सम्मान ज़्यादा मायने रखता है या फिर पैसा?,ये सवाल खासकर मैं जम्मुवासियों से पूछना चाहता हूँ ?
साथ ही मैं एक बात सपष्ट कर देना चाहता हूँ की मेरे इस प्रशन का बिल्कुल भी ऐसा मतलब ना निकला जाये की मेरे कहने का मतलब है सिर्फ इज्ज़त कमाओ,पैसा नहीं। मैं तो बस इतना जानना चाहता हूँ कि क्या पैसा कमाने के लिए हम अपने सम्मान को दाव पे लगा दे? हम लोग अक्सर देखते हैं की डोगरा,लद्दाखी अक्सर ऐसा इलज़ाम लगते हैं की कश्मीरी नेता हमारे साथ भेदभाव करते हैं,कभी किसी ने इसकी वजह जानने की कोशिश की?
“नहीं“,क्यूंकि हम सबको पता है इस भेदभाव के लिए ओर कोई नहीं सिर्फ हम खुद ही ज़िम्मेवार हैं।
कुछ लोग अक्सर मेरे पर आरोप लगाते हैं कि मुझे सिर्फ ब्लॉग लिखने आते हैं और जब मुझे हक़ीक़त में यह सब करना पड़ेगा तो ही असलियत का एहसास होगा,क्यूंकि ब्लॉग तो कोई भी लिख सकता है।
अगर ब्लॉग लिखना इतना ही आसान होता तो जम्मू में ब्लॉग लिखने वालों कि इतनी कम संख्या नहीं होती।
मेरा ब्लॉग लिखने का एक ही लक्ष्य है कि मैं अपने जम्मू की दबी हुई आवाज़ को सबके सामने रख सकूँ चाहे सामने वाला मुझे कितनी ही गालियाँ क्यूँ ना दे।
यह मैं करता रहूँगा जब तक मुझे मेरा लक्ष्य नहीं प्राप्त हो जाता है पर मैं तुम जैसे लोगों कि तरह अपने आतम सम्मान से ज़्यादा प्राथमिकता नहीं दूंगा, साथ ही मैं तुम लोगों की तरह system को दोषी मानने के बजाय हम सब को दोषी ठहराऊंगा और अगर मेरी इस सोच से किसी को कोई समस्या है तो मैं कुछ नहीं कर सकता।
मैं अपने भारत देश से बाकि देशों से ज़्यादा प्यार करता हूँ कारणवश मुझे पूरा अधिकार है कि मैं अपने देश (bharat) और अपनी मातृभूमि (जम्मू) की निरंतर आलोचना और प्रशंशा करूँ।
I know I am very rude in my last few statements,but few word of some Jammuities hurt me a lot like money matters more than self-respect,I can do anything for publicity(and the article:-Debut entry in Blog world written by some Abhyudhay,about whom I dont know much is also some fakie person created by me).
अगर अपनी आवाज़ रखना एक Publicity stunt कहलाता है तो हाँ मैं ज़रूर ऐसी publicity करता रहूँगा चाहे तुम्हें कितनी ही तकलीफ क्यूँ न हो।
As Sidhu says,”No one one dares to kick a dead dog.”
Someone has rightly said,“When we judge or criticize another person, it says nothing about that person; it merely says something about our own need to be critical.”
One more,”All of us could take a lesson from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.”
जार्ज विलिअम्स ने एक बार कहा था,”A man’s country is not a certain area of land, of mountains, rivers, and woods, but it is a principle and patriotism is loyalty to that principle.”
जाते जाते एक छोटी सी कहानी सुनाता चलूँ :-
- एक बार एक मछुआरा नदी किनारे बैठा हुआ मछलियाँ पकड़ रहा था और उसी समय वहां पर एक अमीर आदमी आया और कुछ देर तक उस मछुआरे को कुछ दुरी से ध्यान से देखता रहा। एक घंटे बाद जब मछुआरा अपना कम समाप्त कर जाने लगा तो वह अमीर आदमी उसके पास आया और पूछा की इतनी जल्दी क्यूँ जा रहे हो ?
- मछुआरे ने जवाब दिया की मैंने एक घंटे में इतनी मछलियाँ पकड़ ली हैं की मेरा एक हफ्ता आराम से गुज़र जायेगा और अब मैं घर जा रहा हूँ ताकि में अपने परिवार के साथ कुछ समय व्यतीत कर सकूँ।
- आदमी:-तुम और भी मछलियाँ पकड़ सकते हो अभी पूरा दिन बाकि है जिससे तुम कुछ और कमाई कर सकते हो सकते हो और खुद की एक नाव और खुद के नौकर चाकर भी रख सकते थे और खुद आराम करो।
- मछुआरा :- इससे मुझे क्या हासिल होगा ?
- आदमी:- अच्छा खासा पैसा कमाने के बाद तुम कुछ आदमी काम पर रख सकते हो और यह काम कोई भी चला सकता है तुम्हारी अनुपस्थिति में और साथ ही में तुम पैसा कमाने का कोई ओर ज़रिया भी अपना सकते हो,जिससे तुम्हारे पास कमाने का एक ओर साधन हो जायेगा।
- मछुआरा:- नमस्ते! में चलता हूँ अब। और जो मुझे ज़िन्दगी में चाहिए वो मैं कर ही रहा हूँ।
Moral of the story is:-
Sometimes we get so caught up in producing, achieving and becoming successful, that we may never stop to ask, “What is life all about? What am I really living for?”
मैं आशा करता हूँ की मेरी कुछ बातों से किसी के दिल को ठेस न पहुंचे पर जो मेरे दिल में था तो वो मैंने कुछ अक्षरों मैं लिख दिया।
हिंदी में मैंने काफी सालों बाद कुछ लिखने का प्रयत्न किया है,अगर किसी को कोई गलती नज़र आती है तो उसे कृपया कर मेरे ध्यान में ज़रूर लायें।

United Jammu Kashmir
6Separation of Telangana State from Andhra Pradesh is one of the most talked issue at present in India.Central Govt. is trying its best to solve the matter as soon as possible. Andhra Pradesh consists of three distinct regions, namely, Andhra,Rayalseema and Telangana. Andhra and Rayalseema were part of Madras province of the British empire. For approximately 400 years, Telangana was part of Hyderabad State, an independent kingdom ruled by Muslim Qutub Shahi and Nizam dynasties.Andhra and Rayalaseema were separated from Madras State in 1953. Andhra state (Andhra and Rayalaseema) was the first state that was formed purely on linguistic nationality, like many European states. Later Andhra merged with Telangana in 1956, based on their linguistic and national affinity, to form the present state of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad as the capital city.
Because of this issue, some protests started taking place demanding the separate states, in many places in India,like Bundelkhand from UP,Gaurkhaland from West Bengal,Vidarbha from Maharashtra and few more. Demand of separation of these states are increasing day by day at every nook and corner of India which is not a good sign for India. As we all know how Britishers enters India and conquered our country and ruled us for around 3 centuries.
There should be no anger or violence. You cannot expect the government or politicians to inculcate these things in you. This has to come from within you.Indian Politicians have done mastery in this field by exploting us on the name of religion,language,caste etc. First learn to love your country, your people. You can then extend this love to others. The saying, ” Janani janmabhoomishcha swargadapi gariyasi , well illustrates this sentiment. Janani (mother) and janmabhoomi (motherland) are more exaggerated than even swarg (heaven).
Lets now take our state Jammu and Kashmir for instance. There is talk of trifurcating the state into Jammu , Kashmir and Ladakh (UT status)- there is a proposal to even designate an area exclusively for the Kashmiri Pandits(idea proposed by Panun Kasmir in 1991). It is dangerous to territorially segregate Hindus, Muslims and Buddhists. Everyone knows what happened when a composite India was divided into two nations – with Pakistan becoming a Muslim nation.
But the situation in Jammu Kashmir is totally different from other states of India.Demand of trifurcating Jammu Kashmir had stated taking place in the year of 1966,when some parts of Himachal have to be merged with Jammu to form a Separate Duggar State had voiced.But somehow,this voice had disappear and now as the issue of Telangana is heating up.Voice of separate Jammu State has once again coming on the top of Desk. And the report of Working Committee which had been tabled some weeks ago has put an oil into fire,As everyone is against Autonomy, in Jammu and Ladakh.Dont know why Central Govt. is not thinking on this issue at present.Why are they Waiting for the worst time to come?Its the right to solve this issue as soon as possible.
As everyone knows,If there is a division of J&K,then there will be no doubt communal riots can take place not only in J&K but in Whole India as well which is not good for secular India. Geographical division on the basis of religion is wrong. Communal peace has to come from within. The people themselves have to realise that living together is in their common interest.
India embraces all religions, all cultures, all languages, and encourages every living thing to live under an umbrella of free thinking and grow according to their internal ability without the hindrance of man-made theory or pressures. That is the reason why India is so colorful, so vibrant and so unique.
As one of shloks(couplets) in Atharva Veda.Its rightly teaches us:-
हम एक ही घोंसले के पक्षी हैं, हम अलग खाल पहन सकते हैं, हम अलग अलग भाषाओं में बात कर सकते हैं, हम अलग अलग धर्मों में विश्वास कर सकते हैं, हम विभिन्न संस्कृतियों के हो सकते हैं , फिर भी हम उसी घर – “पृथ्वी” का हिस्सा ही रहेंगे।
एक ही ग्रह पर जन्मे. एक ही आसमान के निचे रहने वाले. उन्ही तारों को देखने वाले. वही हवा श्वास लेने वाले।हमें खुशी से एक साथ प्रगति करना सीखना चाहिए. या बुरी तरह एक साथ नाश, आदमी व्यक्तिगत रूप से रह सकते हैं, लेकिन केवल सामूहिक रूप से ही बच सकते हैं।
Jammuities demanding separate state giving an excuse that there is a discrimination with Jammu.No doubt there is a discrimination with Jammu,but demand of separate state is not an answer to this problem.We talk about Identity Crisis,Yes there is an Identity crisis but who is responsible for that crisis “We” or Government or Kashmiris?
Are we (here specially Jammuities who talks of Dogra Pride) united enough to get rid of all these disciminations JK govt. are doing with us.We ourselves don’t give any respect to our culture,language etc. and blame Govt. about that.In my opinion,its crap.The respect for our own culture and language has to come inside of us.This respect neither Govt. nor Separate State wil give you.About this,I mentioned clearly in my previous article(Jammu’s Identity Crisis).
Even if we get a separate Jammu state,I Don’t see there will be any future as there is no good leader to lead us.
Most of us suffer from an Identity crisis,but we are responsible for that,You have to accept that. But we are Indians first and only after that we are Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists,Dogras,Kashmiris,Ladakhis,Punjabi or followers of any other faith. Thats why a national identity and love for the nation is important. The state of Jammu and Kashmir has for years been home to people from all these faiths and always believe in secularism. It should continue that way.But thanks to Hurriyat Conference,Pakistan supported Millitants,NC,Congress,BJP,Panthers,JSM etc..Just for their own benefits dividing us on the name of religion and language.
Each and every region of our state portrays different customs and traditions. But though we speak different languages yet we are all “JKities”.
‘Unity in Diversity’ has been the distinctive feature of our culture. To live peacefully has been our motto. There is no doubt that In India No one can claim single identity because one has many identities in India. One who demands single identity i.e. national identity and everyone has to respect and love that is INDIAN Identity.
Dr A P J Abdul Kalam points out that ” The Nation Is Bigger Than The Individual“. He believes that by loving your country, you will come to love all its constituents, regardless of caste or community.
Be United and Feel the Difference.

Youths Of Jammu
27I have written few articles somewhat related to Jammu’s political crisis but today I am going to share the reality of Youths of Jammu and my good experiences with them while explaining them about the organization which some of youths are in the process of creation. I got great replies from them or rather I should say great excuses.
Let me share some of the great excuses shared by few of my friends during chat.
When I asked one of my friend last night that had she ask any of her friends about our organization?
I got this great reply, rather i should say Excuses–

I was too amused after getting all these Excuses but cant able to reply her at that time because of my short temperedness on such issues, So thought of writing an article, so that whole world comes to know about the youths of Jammu.
This was just one experience I had.There are many such experiences I ve encountered explaining about this noble cause,but its not right time to narrate all those great experiences.
Ya one more excuse specially from the girls of Jammu , that Our parents will not allow for such work (Papa ko puchh ke btati hun).
May be its not an excuse,But my question to those parents who dont permit/allow their child for being part of such organization is-
“Working for the welfare of Jammu is a crime or what??
For These so called Young Guns of Jammu,someone many years back rightly said “We never know the worth of water till the well is dry”.Youths of Jammu doesn?t know the respect they have to give to their mothertongue and motherland .
Some of the Members of? our organization including–
1.Nittin Singh Sambyal(Working in ICICI bank,).
2.Nittin Sharma(working in some company in Hyderabad,)
3.Rahil Gupta(Student from RS Pura)
4.Surbhi (BBA Student)
5.Harish (Student in NIT,Hamirpur)
6.Garima (Working in Chandigarh)
7.Manu Khajuria (Working in US)
8.Abhishek(Student)
9.Ajay Jathiar(Working in Dubai)
10.Shammi Sharma(Working in Germany).
These are some of the members who actively takes part in discussions and regularly gives their ample time for suggestions and their replies. They are genuinely paying for their state apart from their work schedule of? 8-10 hours in a day and that too out of their homes.
And how can we forget our so-called Young guns:D of Jammu also have lots of Work to do, that includes their hectic schedule of college with timings of 2-3 hrs on average per day and few tuitions which on average maybe around 2-3 hours.So,In total 4-6 hours per day,rest of the day what they do I don’t know.
“Papa ko puchh ke btati hun“ what they exactly wanna say by this?
Kya papa ko achha nhi lagega beti achha kam kar rhi hai?

Most of us sometimes do feel guilty that we have done something wrong which we must have try our best to avoid them.But if someone asks about any of our wrong doings,had had we ever accept the responsibility and admitted that its our fault only. No never but instead of accepting our fault we have started giving excuses.Making excuses for mistakes or to avoid some social work for the welfare of common masses,Youths of Jammu had done mastery in this i.e.,Excuse field.
Excuses deny the responsibility and it is this responsibility which separates youth of Jammu from the rest of the Youths of country.If we have to take credit for our success we always take responsibility but do we accept that responsibility for our failures.
Shakespare has once rightly said that trying to hide our failures with excuses is somewhat like concealing a small hole in the garment with a small patch,doesn?t hide that hole but make the matters worse.
Lets now compare few sayings of Great Personalities with the Youths of Jammu–

But they don’t have the ability to see the real beauty that lies in our language,culture,traditions etc. because they are the busiest race ever born on this earth.They are busier than even President,PM of India because these 2 also got some free time.

Its very much important to know about the traditional and cultural importance of ones place.We are confused a lot and are directionless because of just one reason that,there is lack of respect towards tradition and culture in our state.
Specially the girls today gives lot of importance to the western culture,they might not know who is the CM or Governor of J&K but they surely know who is the President of US.Specially the girls living in cities hardly knows anything about their own culture which is not good indeed.Guys also follow this because of just one silly reason, that is they have to impress girls.But if we don?t remember our traditions and cultural values and not even promote them,then they will soon fade away as the coming generations will be devoid of such rich culture heritage.It is therefore responsibility of ours to promote our culture and traditions.Even still u think its waste of time, . then i’ll just say…”WAKE UP BEFORE ITS TOO LATE”.I love to write a lot but I think its more than enough.
